Marilyn Monroe is born on the first of june in 1926 in the General Hospital in Los Angeles as Norma Jean Mortensen. Her father is unknown and therefore she is baptised as Norma Jean Baker. She marries in the 19th of june 1942 with Jimmy Dougherty and enjoys happy years of marriage. That ends suddenly in 1944 when Jimmy is send to the Stille Zuuidzee with the US Navy. Thanks to a photosession for the Yank magazine she gets in contact with David Conover, a photographer. Her future as a model is secured. Beside her job as a model, she starts acting courses and changes her image by changing her brown hair into blond. She first signs a contract for six months with Fox and changes her name in Marilyn Monroe. The Kennedys don't miss on the list of lovers, both brothers were charmed by Marilyn. The french actor Yves Montand whit who she played the main role in the movie Let's Make Love also brought to real life the title of that movie with Marilyn. All the miserie caused by the divorce with Arthur Miller (her big love) and the death of her favorit actor Clark Gable, causes she looks for help in drugs what becomes fatal for her. On the 5th august 1962 she dies in her sleep because of an overdose. Whether it was an accident, suicide, or whether someone else 'helped' her, that has always been a mistery. Marilyns death invloved that we have always kept in mind a young and beautyful girl, her movies and pictures has made her immortal.
